Shipping policy

1. Shipping Details

We currently ship only within India.

2. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. High order volumes may cause delays; if significant, we will contact you via email or telephone. Valley Culture is not responsible for damage or misplacement after delivery. If a shipment is returned due to customer errors (incorrect address/contact info, cancellation, or unavailability), we will issue a refund minus courier and packing charges.

3. Shipping Charges

A flat shipping charge of Rs. 99 applies to all orders. Orders above Rs. 1500 qualify for free delivery.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
