Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
Your trust is important to us. We strive to ensure your order is correct the first time. However, due to the personal nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure safety and satisfaction.
1. Return and Exchange Policy
We offer a 5-day return/exchange policy. This means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or a return. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at valleycultureindia@gmail.com.
Eligibility for Exchange/Return:
- The product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The original invoice must be provided at the time of return pickup.
- Products that have been used are ineligible for exchange or return.
Exchanges/Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- The product is damaged or you received the wrong item.
- The product was not sealed properly at the time of delivery.
- The product has expired by the time of delivery.
If your return is accepted, we will arrange for the item to be picked up from the same address. You will be notified of the expected pick-up date.
In case of an exchange, the new product will be delivered within 3-5 days after the return pick-up.
Delivery Discrepancies: If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours after the order has been marked as delivered.

2. Cancellation Policy
- An order cancellation request will be accepted only if the product has not yet been shipped.
- If a cancellation request is accepted, you will be entitled to a full refund.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for various reasons, including but not limited to the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors, or issues with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the receipt and the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it generally takes around 5-7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

4. Lost Packages
We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package goes missing, please contact us immediately, and we will start an investigation with our shipment partner to locate the package. Ensure your shipping address is correct and choose a delivery location you trust. If concerned about potential loss or theft, contact us before placing your order to arrange delivery with a confirmation signature. Additional fees may apply.
If a shipment is returned to us by the courier due to customer errors like wrong address/contact information, cancellation, or the recipient being consistently unavailable to accept delivery, we will issue a refund minus the courier and packing charges.
