I loved the Jakhiya from Valley Culture. Thank you Robin for introducing me to Jakhiya. It has replaced the monotony of zeera/ paanch phoron to be added to every stir fry or bhaaji. I now use Jakhiya instead. Warm, nutty taste and does the work of a tempering spice so well. Adds a little crunch to the bhaji as well and not bitter at all. Very pleased with it!
